Whenever we have had a claim, the Jemez Insurance Agency has processed our claim in an efficient, fast manner making the process worry free. One claim was extensive: Our 4Runner sustained over $8,000 in damages from a major sand storm in Rio Rancho. They responded quickly to our inquiries; referred us to a collision business; and approved all work required for proper repairs in a timely manner. We truly appreciate their hard work on this claim.
